What the headline price leaves out
Membership tiers, pack sizes, and what a session actually includes vary more than the top-line numbers suggest. Where a studio publishes the detail, it is here.
- Denver Sports Recovery
Day pass $35 for unlimited recovery-centre access — the walk-in product, sold as "basically a one-day membership". The private cold plunge and sauna room is $45 for 60 minutes; it is a private-room upgrade rather than a general single-visit rate, so it is not recorded as a drop-in. Memberships: Basic $120, Silver $165, Gold $240, Platinum $450 per month. The site publishes two contradictory punch-card price sets (a 5-visit at both $160 and $125, a 20-visit at both $560 and $399), so no pack price is recorded. Clinical services priced separately and not treated as recovery access.
- Garden Sauna
Monthly unlimited $139. Single-session and multi-visit pack prices are NOT recorded: the visible pricing card and the same page's own meta description publish different figures ($33 drop-in with $145/$260 packs versus $25 with $111/$222), and two of the venue's own sources disagreeing means the field is withheld rather than adjudicated.
- Lake Steam Baths
Day pass $32 for unlimited access. Eight-entry punch card $215, which the operator states as $27 per visit. Extras: locker lock rental $3, comfort towel rental $3, oak veniki $32. No membership is published.
- PORTAL° Denver
Monthly memberships $99 to $279 depending on tier; three-month $369 to $750; annual $1,100 to $2,400. Session credits sold separately: $32.50 for one, $162.50 for six, $325 for twelve. No day pass or walk-in admission rate is published.
- R3 Spa
Single session $35. One-month unlimited $149; three-month unlimited $375. Bundles: 5 sessions $150 (valid three months), 10 sessions $250 (valid six months). No day pass is published.
- Red Rock Sauna
Drop-in $35. Three-pack $90, which the studio states as $30 per visit; six-pack $160 at $26.67 per visit. Both packs expire six months after purchase. Memberships: eight credits $125 per month, unlimited $149 per month.
- Restore Hyper Wellness — Cherry Hills
Credit-based memberships: Level Up $190 per month for 8 credits, Elevate $290 for 14 credits, Core $330 for 31 credits. Retail per-service rate $45, or $30 for members, covering each of the four Core Therapies. Several other Denver-area Restore studios are reported closed; this one is listed as open on the company's own locator.
- ROK SPAS
No price is recorded. The only figure the venue publishes is "Plans at ROK SPAS start at $150/month" — a floor with no tier named and no unhedged rate anywhere on the site, and the registry has no way to render a price as a floor. Drop-in sessions and class passes are described as products but are nowhere priced.
- Simply Sauna
List price for the 45-minute infrared sauna session; on 2026-08-24 the booking page also showed a $36 'Summer Sale' rate beside it. The 45-minute infrared sauna + red light session is $65 ($52 on sale).
- Sway Wellness Spa · RiNo
Remedy Lounge unlimited membership $129 per month, month-to-month with no enrolment fee. Drop-in $49 per 75-minute session. Listed here under the current operator; the location traded as Upswell Studio until the handover.
- Therma Haus
Single session $40. The $90 per month membership is an introductory Founding Member rate, limited to the first 100 members and to a member's first 6 months; the venue does not publish the standard rate that follows. Other memberships: $120 for eight sessions, $165 unlimited, $120 off-peak unlimited. Session packs: $150 for five, $270 for ten, $480 for twenty. No day pass is published. The homepage separately describes the plunges as "chilled to 35°F" while the services section names 36°F, 42°F and 50°F; the three stated setpoints are recorded here.

Cold plunge prices in Denver: FAQ
- How much does a cold plunge cost in Denver?
- The cheapest published single visit in Denver, CO is $24 at The Cove Sauna and Cold Plunge. 16 of the 30 studios we track publish a drop-in or day-pass price at all; the rest either sell only memberships or publish no price, and we do not estimate one for them.
- What is the cheapest way to plunge weekly in Denver?
- The lowest published monthly membership is $69 at The Cove Sauna and Cold Plunge, though tiers differ in how many sessions they include — check the studio's own page, which every price here links to. Comparing a membership against drop-ins depends entirely on how often you actually go, so we publish both figures rather than declaring one better value.
- Why do some Denver studios show no price?
- Because they do not publish one. Hotel spas and treatment-led day spas in particular price recovery access as part of a booked service rather than as a standalone rate. We record a price only when the studio states it on its own site or booking page, and we link to that page. A blank here means "not published", never "free" and never "unknown to us".
