Booking a cold plunge shouldn't take three tabs and a phone call. But search for one and that's what you get: listings with no price, no water temperature, no way to tell whether you'll have the room to yourself — and no way to tell whether the place is even open.
So we do the tab-hopping for you. For every studio we list — 549 so far, across 23 cities — we read the studio's own website and write down what it says: the drop-in price, the water and sauna temperatures, private suite or shared floor, hours, booking rules. Next to each detail you'll see the date we checked it, and most link straight to the studio page the detail came from. Click one and check us.
Just as important is what we don't do. If a studio doesn't publish its water temperature, the listing shows a blank — not a guess, not a number copied from another location of the same chain. A blank here means "the studio hasn't said," never "zero." And when a studio changes a price or closes, we'd rather show you a dated fact you can judge than pretend to be effortlessly current.
Why the dates matter
Recovery studios open, close, and change prices constantly — it's the main reason listings elsewhere go wrong. Every listing here wears the date it was last checked, and we re-check pages on a rolling basis. You never have to take our word for how current something is: the date is printed right there, and you can decide whether it's fresh enough for you.
Free, independent, no strings
The site is free to use — no account, no popups, no newsletter wall. We're not owned by or invested in any studio, chain, or equipment brand we cover, and no studio can change what its listing says except by publishing the correct detail on its own site — which we'll then happily cite.

Everything in your listing came from pages you control. If something is wrong or missing,tell us — corrections jump the queue, and the fastest fix of all is a link to the page on your own site that states the right detail.
