Optimum Health is a chiropractic and functional-medicine practice in Inver Grove Heights that also runs two bookable contrast suites, so the sauna and plunge sit alongside blood panels and rehab rather than in a standalone bathhouse. Booking runs through Vagaro, HSA and FSA are accepted, and the practice is closed Mondays.

Sauna and cold plunge are sold together as one private-room booking: $40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes, the same rate for the traditional and the infrared suite. Packs: 5 x 30 min $180 ($36/session), 5 x 60 min $270 ($54/session), 10 x 30 min $320 ($32/session), 10 x 60 min $480 ($48/session). New guests can take the $59 Ultimate Reset once, which the studio says includes contrast therapy, PEMF, compression and LED in one session. Extra people in your room are charged 50% of the service cost — the studio publishes the percentage, not a dollar figure. THERE IS NO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FOR SAUNA OR COLD PLUNGE: the $199/month plan buys red light therapy and the $299/month plan buys PEMF, and neither includes a sauna room. Other services are priced separately — red light $30 for 15 minutes, PEMF $40/$60 for 30/60 minutes, Normatec compression $20/$40 for 30/60 minutes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and new chiropractic patients are offered a free 30-minute sauna and cold plunge as a separate return visit.
