BIAN is a Goose Island private club whose Recovery pillar includes cold plunges, steam rooms and infrared sauna, built into spa-style locker rooms next to its fitness, co-working and beauty amenities. The club is open Monday through Friday 5:30am-9:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm.
