Akari Sauna's Greenpoint location is a membership-only, Japanese-inspired neighbourhood sauna at 149 Franklin St in Brooklyn, with two communal dry saunas, cold plunges and cold showers, and changing rooms that are not separated by gender. Entry is limited to members and accompanied guests — there are no walk-ins, trials or day passes — visits are capped at two hours, and the studio publishes no sauna or cold-plunge temperature and no price for its waitlist-only Unlimited tier.
