CASCADA Thermal Springs is a hydrothermal circuit in Portland's Alberta neighborhood built around three shared spaces: The Conservatory (social lounge, vitality pool, red light therapy), Secret Garden (outdoor hot pool and sauna), and The Sanctuary (silent underground hot and ambient pools, sauna, steam, and cold plunge). A day pass starts at $100 and admission is restricted to guests 21 and over. Bathing suits are required, and reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
